What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this website we collect the name, phone number, email address and project details you choose to give us. We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for any information beyond what is needed to answer your enquiry.
How it is used
Your details are used for one purpose: to respond to your engraving enquiry and to quote the work. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list as a result of submitting the form.
Cookies and analytics
This website stores a single value in your browser’s local storage to remember when you last dismissed the on-screen notice, so that it is not shown to you repeatedly. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device. If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated before they go live.
Third-party content
Pages on this site embed a Google Map and link to Google and Facebook. Those services apply their own privacy policies to any data they collect when their content loads or when you follow a link to them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, together with any records required for ordinary business purposes.
